After the advice from the Government, we have taken the sensible but very difficult decision to contact all booked in visitors and ask that they postpone their tours and experiences. We have been rescheduling all events till later in the year and won't be running anything till at least the start of June.
We've been trying to keep people informed that gift vouchers are available with a year's validity. We're being as flexible as possible with people calling us with expiring vouchers from last year, who are having trouble booking.
To try and keep going and give something back, especially to support those distancing or isolating, we're currently running a 10% discount on our website and dropped our delivery fees on everything to free.
