Apple Blossom Honey from the Castle Farm orchards

Our pretty little Apple Orchard has burst into blossom this week and looks magical. These heritage Norfolk Royal Apple trees produce beautiful bright red, shiny apples come the Autumn when we (hopefully) will open for PYO, but for now delicate pink and white flowers have taken over the branches.

Our honey man – Roy – manages all the bee hives on Castle Farm, and ‘Apple Blossom’ honey is one of the limited edition variants we have just added online. Local honey is used by many people to help build immunity to hay fever.. and now you can get all our local honey delivered direct to your door. The honey range also includes our ever popular Lavender Honey which sells like hotcakes (and tastes pretty good on hot crumpets too..!).
