You will need:
25ml Curious Apple Cider
50ml Chapel Down Chardonnay Vodka
25ml Rhubarb Juice
Sprig of Mint
Add ice to a large stirrer, then add 50ml of Chapel Down Chardonnay Vodka, followed by the juice of the rhubard and a pinch of ginger then stir. Add the top of the stirrer and drain into your cocktail glass. Add one measure of Curious Apple to the top with a sprig of mint
