Made from specially selected Burgundian clones on our Estate it is lightly oaked using French and American barrels. The Red Miller 2018 (one of our exceptional winemakers collection wines) is the brain child of Winemaker Owen Elias who has been part of the Hush Heath team for nearly 20 years. Made from 100% Pinot Meunier which is typically only used in sparkling wines, it was the first ever English red wine to win a Gold at the International Wine Challenge. Owen suggests pairing with some decadent dark chocolate or a smelly blue cheese! We’ll leave it up to you to decide which is best.
