This was especially pertinent as a high number of staff had chosen to reside at the hospital working long hours for days on end and opting not to go home for fear of contaminating their family. Monica (owner of Karimix) opted to make a high protein vegetarian bake which can be eaten hot or cold, during a short break or as part of a meal at the end of the day to ensure that the team enjoyed a healthy, well balanced easy to eat option.
