VACANCY: Horticultural Leader (Charity) full time

Communigrow is an educational charity using horticulture to enable people to reconnect with where their food comes from. We are entering an exciting period of expansion and are seeking an experienced horticulturalist to lead and coordinate current and new horticultural activities at our site in East Malling/Ditton.

Key responsibility is to organise, coordinate and facilitate the horticultural activities at the site working with growers, volunteers, referred services users.

Essential experience of growing on a small market garden scale/allotments. Experience of working with young people particularly those with learning disabilities and other life disadvantage.

Ability to lead, motivate and encourage people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.
