Given the huge success of our first virtual live smoked salmon tasting, we have decided to partner up with our friends at Hush Heath Estate for a collaborative evening of tasting the best of British smoked salmon and some of the best of British wine.

If you haven’t tried our smoked salmon yet, here is the perfect opportunity! And if you have, then even better – you’ll have the opportunity to sample different types of our beautiful smoked salmon that you may never have tasted before. Not just that, you will also have the chance to try two of Hush Heath Estate’s finest Crus.

Listen to Lance Forman talk about the history of producing the world-famous London Cure smoked salmon as well as some tasting notes followed by a discussion about the evolution of Hush Heath’s Estate and why these wines pair so lovely with smoked salmon, led by Hush Heath’s winemaker, Fergus.

As may know, H. Forman & Son has been producing smoked salmon in the East End of London since 1905. Over a century of perfecting our craft has resulted in what is widely regarded as the best smoked salmon in the world.

Nestled in the garden of England, Kent, lies the family owned Hush Heath Estate. 400-acres of pristine countryside, teeming with wildlife and home to Balfour Wines. Richard and Leslie Balfour-Lynn have been producing some of England’s finest sparkling and still wines here since 2004, winning global awards and exporting worldwide.

Please join Lance Forman, fourth-generation owner and CEO, and Fergus, head winemaker at Hush Heath, for a summer’s evening of tasting the best of British on Thursday 11th June at 6pm. Be prepared for a journey of discovery, plus the opportunity to ask Lance & Fergus any questions you have.

Each tasting parcel has been designed for two people; but of course you can share with the entire household.
